The remaining Autobots team up with some rebels to free their friends, the rebels know all the weaknesses of their enemies machines. They merge with the Autobots to become Headmasters to free their friends. 故事虽说平淡，视觉效果也一般，不过角色之间的互动倒是挺自然的。
